Cost Estimating

G&R has an experienced estimating staff with hands-on knowledge of costs of construction activities. Our estimating department maintains an up-to-date data base of costs based upon years of historical data and we maintain a network of excellent specialty subcontractors who provide costs in their areas of expertise.

Construction Analysis

G&R’s staff includes registered professional engineers with the knowledge and experience to evaluate the construction possibilities of the designs outlined in the plans and specifications. The designs are evaluated with safety, quality and productivity in mind.

Value Engineering

Value engineering is an integral part of our company culture. Our goal is to find the most cost effective way to meet the owner’s goals while maintaining the project budget. The value engineering process involves a systematic analysis of project components and constructibility. VE recommendations are the result of a thorough examination of the contract documents and project site and must achieve a balance among aesthetics, economics, structural and functional requirements.
