This project included the clearing, grubbing and sitework package for the future site of Providence Park at Zephyr Ridge. This project included the complete sitework infrastructure for the project. The total size of the project is approximately 40 acres and includes the underground utility construction, storm sewer system, striping & signage, roadway and parking lot construction, four retention ponds and the installation of several retaining walls. Also included was the removal of approximately 10,000 cyds of unsuitable material. This project is scheduled for completion in the Fall of 2009.
